  Went and ordered food Feb 27 around 830 pm in the drive thru. Waited almost 10 minutes,the food was wrong, ordered double quarter pounder no ketchup no onions, received both on the burger plus bacon...I did not ask for bacon,also ordered big Mac,which was sloppily made,burger hanging off bun cheese hanging off. I also ordered a cheeseburger,this was not even placed in the bag. Fries were cold and had no salt,also taste stale. This was an absolutely terrible experience.

  We have a few McDonald's around locally here, and this one is the worst! My order is wrong regularly, and if I spend the gas to take it back, they try to f'in charge me for what they messed up.. that is terrible customer service if you ask me. Today I went there with a buddy, having separate debit cards, and they refused to take my order separately because apparently 3 other customers is considered "too busy" to do that. God forbid you say something about the service to a manager, they will turn nasty very quickly, making it obviously known that they don't care. I absolutely hate this location, and refuse to give them my money any longer. I will now drive 15 miles the opposite way to Courthouse, to go to a McDonald's that is not filled with a bunch of morons.
